The International Association for New Muslims (IANM) in cooperation with the Islamic League for Dialogue and Tolerance in Spain (LIDCO) has held the Second Convention for New Muslims in Spain. The convention was held on the 08th September 2006 for a period of three days and was entitled:

“Say: "Truly, my prayer and my service of sacrifice, my life and my death, are (all) for Allah, the Cherisher of the Worlds – Qur'an 6: 162”

It was attended by more than 100 male and female participants. The guests of honour were:

1. Shaykh. Ali Al-Raysoonee from Morocco.
2. Dr. Alâ' Saceed from Spain.
3. Shaykh. Juan Simon from Spain.
4. Shaykh. Maĥmood Jacfar from Spain.
