1. Visitation of Sheikh Ahmad Kuftaro

Foundation in Damascus
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) paid a visit to the Sheikh Ahmad Kuftaro Foundation in Damascus from 29th Rabeec Ul-Thânî 1426 till 02nd Jumâdă l’Ulă 1426 hegira, corresponding to the period from the 06th till the 09th June 2005 as response to an invitation from the general manager of Sheikh Ahmad Kuftaro Foundation Dr. Salahuddin Kuftaro. He became acquainted with the history of the Foundation and with the academic and dawah services it offers. The secretary general Mr. Khalid Al-Romaih discussed with the general manager of Sheikh Ahmad Kuftaro Foundation about the ways in which cooperation could be established between the IANM and the Sheikh Ahmad Kuftaro Foundation in the common aim of serving new Muslims, such as giving them courses about Arabic language, the principles of Islam and specialized Islamic studies. A draft cooperation covenant between the IANM and the Sheikh Ahmad Kuftaro Foundation was written. Also, the secretary general Mr. Khalid Al-Romaih met the new Muslims studying at the Foundation and had an open discussion in which the secretary general attended to the questions and aspirations of the new Muslims.

2. Visitation of Al-Falah Translation and Publication Foundation
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) met with the executives of the Al-Falah Foundation in Cairo in order to benefit from their English-language publications and discuss ways in which their foundation can cooperate in the field of translating Arabic books into other languages and distributing the translations amongst the new Muslims.

3. Visitation of the Lebanese Fatwa Committee in Beirut
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) visited the Lebanese Fatwa Committee in Beirut and met with his honour the Mufti of Lebanon Shaykh. Muhammad Rasheed Qabbânî. The secretary general also visited Dr. Faisal Mawlawi, a member of the European Council for Fatwa and Research.

4. Visitation of The Grand Council of Dawah and Aid in the Egyptian Arab Republic
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) visited the Grand Council of Dawah and Aid in the Egyptian Arab Republic in order to introduce them to the IANM and its objectives and activities.

5. Visitation of The Minister of Endowments of Syria
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) visited the Minister of Endowments of Syria in order to introduce him to the IANM and its objectives and activities.

6. Visitation of The Grand Mufti of Syria
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) visited the Grand Mufti of Syria Shaykh. Badruddin Hassoon at his office and drew the mufti's attention to the activities and programs conducted by the IANM.

7. Visitation of Officials and Islamic Orgs in Sudan
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) Mr. Khalid Al-Romaih along with his sidekick advisor Dr. Hussein AlMehdar paid a visit to dear Sudan from the 02nd till the 04th Rabeec Ul-Awwal 1428 hegira, corresponding to the period from 21st till the 23rd March 2007. During the journey they visited the following:
• The Ministry of Guidance and Endowments of Sudan seeking to meet his honour the minister. However, he was unable to attend and thus commissioned the vice-minister, the head of the research department and the head of the dialogue department to receive the secretary general and those accompanying him.
• Visitation of the minister of the Ministry of Social Welfare and the Affairs of Children and Women Dr. Sâmî Abdul-Dâyim Yâsîn, as he explained the activities of this ministry and the role it plays in caring for the people of Southern Sudan, specifically those who recently embraced Islam.
• Meeting with the secretary general of the Islamic Dawah Organisation Eng. Muhammad Ali.
• Meeting with fifteen former priests who had embraced Islam. The meeting was very emotional, as they had expressed their worries and needs.
• Meeting with those who work in the field of caring for new Muslims. It was also an emotional meeting and had centred on the needs of new Muslims.
• Visitation of the African Musaĥaf printing house where they met the vice-president of the printing house Prof. Hasan Yasin Badawi. They were taken on a tour to see the process of printing the Holy Qur'an and the possibility of printing books in various languages was discussed.
• Visitation of Um Durman Islamic University where they met Dr. Jamâluddîn Muhammad Ali Tbaydi, who is a lecturer in the field of creeds, sects and religions at the university.
• Meeting with Dr. Abdul-Muncim Ali Al-Qâsim, who is now studying for a doctorate degree at Um Durman Islamic University and who also has interest in caring for new Muslims.

8. Visitation of Officials and Islamic Organisations in Russia
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) Mr. Khalid Al-Romaih visited officials and Islamic organisations situated in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. He also visited the Russian Council of Muftis. The trip was from the 15th till the 25th Rabeec Ul-Awwal 1428 hegira, corresponding to the period from the 03rd rill the 13th April 2007.

9. Attending the 24th Annual Convention in France
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) Mr. Khalid Al-Romaih attended the 24th Annual Convention, which is organised by Union of Islamic Organisations of France (UOIF), as a response to an invitation the head of the UOIF Mr. Lhaj Thami Breze . It was held in Paris from the 25th till the 28th Rabeecu l'Awwal 1428 hegira, corresponding to the period from the 13th till the 16th April 2007.

10. Meeting with a Group of New Muslims in Spain
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) Mr. Khalid Al-Romaih paid a visit to the Spanish cities of Valencia, Barcelona and Madrid during the month of May 2007. During the trip he met a group of new Muslims and listened to their opinions and suggestions.

11. Visitation of Officials and Islamic Organisations in Kuwait
The secretary general of the International Association for New Muslims (IANM) Mr. Khalid Al-Romaih visited the officials and Islamic organisations in Q8 from the 15th till the 20th Jumâdă l’Ûlă 1428 hegira, corresponding to the period from the 1st till the 6th June 2007. The secretary general discussed with the heads of Islamic organisations about the ways in which they could cooperate with each other with the aim of serving the new Muslims.
